Tides Motel re-Sold

The Falmouth Enterprise reported on June 11, 2021 that the Tides Motel, 267 Clinton Avenue, has been sold again. The initial sale, for $2.6 million, took place in November, 2020. This sale, for $3 million, closed on May 26, 2021. We have no further information at this time regarding the new owner’s future plans.
