4. Discuss and vote Falmouth Road Race, Inc. appeal of the decision of the Town Manager regarding the number of participants for the Falmouth Road Race special event (10 minutes)

FHMNA was informed that “This year, the Road Race was approved for 10,000 runners. The Road Race applied for 12,500, which is the same as 2019 (pre-COVID). Last year, 2021, they were approved for 8,000 because of COVID”).
