3. Application for an Alteration of the Licensed Premises of an All Alcoholic Club License – Falmouth Yacht Club, Inc. at 290 Clinton Avenue, Falmouth
LIQUOR LICENSE HEARING Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as amended, that Falmouth Yacht Club Inc. has applied for an Alteration of Premises to its All Alcoholic Club License located at 290 Clinton Avenue, Falmouth, MA. A hearing will be held in the Select Board’s Meeting Room, Falmouth Town Hall on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. on the above application.

We have been told by the Select Board office that the Yacht Club is applying for a permanent license as a Common Victualler for the outdoor area that was open last year during COVID restrictions. If this request is approved, they will then return to the Select Board with a request to have entertainment outdoors in that area on specific Sundays during the season. Prior outdoor entertainment licenses had a restriction that music not be heard outside the boundary of their parking lot.

Any comments/questions/concerns should be emailed to the Select Board immediately.
