Scroll down until you reach this notification.
The deadline for public commentary is within 20 days, however it is unclear from which date. Therefore, we encourage anyone intending to comment to do so promptly.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
PROJECT: Mayflower Wind (Falmouth connector)
LOCATION: Offshore export cables from Federal/Massachusetts water boundary, northerly to Worcester Avenue landfall in Falmouth (Preferred Route), and onshore underground export cables to the Lawrence Lynch substation site on Gifford Street in Falmouth
PROPONENT: Mayflower Wind Energy LLC
The undersigned is submitting an Environmental Notification Form (“ENF”) to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before November 17, 2021
This will initiate review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (“MEPA”, M.G.L. c. 30, s.s. 61-62I). Copies of the ENF may be obtained from:

Electronic copies of the ENF are also being sent to the Conservation Commission and Planning Board of Falmouth, Edgartown, and Nantucket.
The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs will publish notice of the ENF in the Environmental Monitor, will receive public comments on the project for 20 days, and will then decide, within ten days, if an Environmental Impact Report is needed.
A site visit and/or remote consultation session on the project may also be scheduled. All persons wishing to comment on the project, or to be notified of a site visit and/or remote consultation session, should email MEPA@mass.gov.
