Mayflower Wind petitions filed with the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs are available online through Mass.gov. [EFSB and DPU Siting Open Dockets | Mass.gov]
The instructions on their page say: “To view the online docket for the case, please visit DPU’s file room. To access the docket: (1) copy the “file room location” listed below in the far right column of the table; (2) open the DPU file room, (3) paste the docket number in search box; and (4) click Go.”
However, these instructions do not work. (3) should read “paste the file room location which you have copied from below in the far right column of the table EFSB21-03 and (4) click “Go”. This will bring you to the list of petitions.
The resulting list shows open docket petitions beginning 11/17/2021 and includes, among other items:
1. Petition of Mayflower Wind Energy LLC Pursuant to G.L. c. 40A, § 3 for Exemptions from the Operation of the Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Falmouth for the Construction and Operation of New Transmission Facilities for the Delivery of Energy from an Offshore Wind Energy Generation Resource Located in Federal Waters to the Regional Transmission System in the Town of Falmouth, Massachusetts.
2. Exhibits of letters filed from Mayflower Wind to the Town of Falmouth regarding various bylaws.
