NEW MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS

If you are uncertain if your street falls within our boundaries, please check our Focus Area Map before following the instructions below.  Direct any questions to info@fhmna.org.

THREE PAYMENT METHODS for NEW MEMBERS:

PAY ONLINE:

• Log in to your personal PayPal account.

• Click on “Send and Request” at the top of the page.

• Where it says “Name, username, email, mobile”, type in “Falmouth Heights-Maravista Neighborhood  Associaion@fhmna”.

• Hover over and click on FHMNA@fhmna, which should open a page showing $0.00.

• Fill in the dollar amount owed ($30 for an Individual Membership or $40 for a Family Membership).

• Where it says “What’s this for”, please type in:

  1. The word “NEW”.
  2. The NAME(S) of all members joining (especially if different than that of the PayPal account holder).
  3. Click on SEND and follow any other directions.

You should receive an email confirmation from PayPal that your payment has been sent.

PAY VIA US MAIL:

• Click here to print and fill out our membership application.

• Write your check made out to “FHMNA” for either $30 (Individual Membership) or $40 (Family Membership);

• In the bottom left corner of your check where it says “For”, write “NEW”.

• Mail your check and application to: FHMNA, PO Box 43, Falmouth, MA 02540.

PAY AT THE ANNUAL MEETING (checks only; CASH will not be accepted)

• Our Annual Meeting is always the morning of the first Saturday in August.  See the current schedule on our home page.

• Write your check for either $30 (Individual Membership) or $40 (Family Membership);

• In the bottom left corner of your check where it says “For”, write “NEW”.

• When you attend the meeting, please sign in and introduce yourself to the people sitting at the entrance table.  Welcome!  We are happy to have you join us!
