FHMNA also received the following note from the Falmouth Assistant Town Manager Peter Johnson-Staub regarding access to the Host Community Agreement:
“Please note that on advice of legal counsel any documents related to the drafting of a Host Community Agreement are not subject to disclosure at this time pursuant to the deliberative process exemption at G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(d). Similarly minutes for executive sessions that have not been released to the public cannot be disclosed at this time.”
