Helmis Circle 40B Given Final Approval by ZBA

On February 11, 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) gave the developers of the Helmis Circle 40B project, Little Pond Village, its final approval.

First, the original application was read aloud, then 37 conditions were read aloud and individually voted upon. All conditions received unanimous approval. One of the conditions included the two requests from the ZBA at their last meeting on January 21, 2021 and another condition noted that the affordable units are to be primary residences, not seasonal.

This agenda item began just before 10 PM and lasted for about an hour.

Written conditions are usually available to the general public a few weeks after approval. To receive a copy, contact the ZBA directly at falzba@falmouthma.gov.
