4. Board Administrative Approval – Request for Insubstantial Change RE: Helmis Circle, LLC – Little Pond Village at Falmouth Heights (#090-17) Modifications to previously approved plans.
While the FHMNA has not reviewed the plans, it is our understanding that the developers of Little Pond Village, the 40B project on Helmis Circle, are asking for “administrative approval” to add 22 garages, keeping the footprint about the same by reconfiguring some of the details.
