On Monday, 3/22/2021, the Select Board approved a request from the Falmouth Yacht Club for 7 Sunday one-day entertainment licenses from 4:00 â 6:30 PM. The proposed acoustic music will be located on the outdoor deck area in the back of the Club. Three Select Board members asked about the volume and the Yacht Club representative said their goal was âto keep it mellow and quietâ. When asked if he would consider curtailing it if the music was found to be disruptive, the representative said yes.
The 7 licenses awarded each contain two conditions: âvolume limited to not go past the parking lot in front of the clubâ and âsocial distancing spacingâ.
