On Monday, June 1, 2020, the Falmouth Select Board (FSB) approved FHMNA’s request to place a “take a book” library cabinet on the center green of Worcester Court for a 2020 trial period.
The Department of Public Works will assist with its placement and installation so that it will be complementary to their maintenance of the green.
Linda Collins, Director of the Falmouth Public Library, supported the “take a book” library and added that the main branch is now offering curbside pickup (by calling ahead or reserving online). Other branches will follow.
