Needless to say, this is the opportunity for any and all members to file their comments/opposition to SouthCoast’s plan for Cape Cod and our community with the BOEM / U.S. Federal government.

Once SouthCoast refiles their application with the MA/EFSB (Energy Facility Siting Board) which is expected to take place by the end of Spring 2023, there will still be an opportunity to file comments with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
