Excerpt: “A random selection of Falmouth residents were mailed an invitation to participate in a survey on local attitudes toward SouthCoast Wind’s proposed offshore wind project via postcards. The University of Connecticut researchers who created the study say that SouthCoast neither commissioned the study nor participated in any way in its development.”
