In an effort to keep FHMNA members apprised of licenses being granted by the Falmouth Select Board to establishments within our neighborhood community, the following licenses have been recently granted:
Falmouth Yacht Club (issued on 6/26/23)

One day live acoustic music on 7/2/23, 7/16/23, 8/6/23 & 9/3/23, from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.
Volume limited not to go beyond the parking lot in front of the club.
Shipwrecked LLC (issued on 6/26/23 after Public Hearing on 6/5/23)

Valid 6/27/23 to 12/31/23
Monday to Sunday, 11:30am to 9:00pm.
For three (3) electronic games to be located in the former Heights Hotel office.
No restrictions.
Note: Intended for guests waiting to check in or to be seated in the restaurant.)
Black Dog Tavern Heights Café (issued on 7/10/23)

Valid 7/11/23 – 12/31/23.
Thursday through Saturday, 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
Primarily acoustic music with limited amplification.
Outdoor music will not extend beyond the property lines.
(Note: The Motion to Approve included a 3rd restriction not printed on the license: “If the Select Board receives complaints, the applicant will need to come back to the Select Board to adjust or modify the license”.)
