At our 8/1/26 Annual Meeting, a number of bylaws were updated, including a change to our Focus Area which now incorporates Maravista Avenue Extension and all connected streets and 8 properties on Maravista Avenue accidently left off the area in 2014 (#13- #38).
Updated Bylaws will be published as soon as possible, and we will prepare a marketing plan to notify newly eligible owners.
