At our 8/1/26 Annual Meeting, a number of bylaws were updated, including a change to our Focus Area which now incorporates Maravista Avenue Extension and all connected streets and 8 properties on Maravista Avenue accidently left off the area in 2014 (#13- #38).
Our marketing department will prepare and execute a plan to notify newly eligible owners as soon as possible. Meanwhile, please share this new information with anyone you know who lives in these areas. See our 2026 List of Streets or our 2026 Focus Area Map.
Two bylaws, 7.2.A and 7.2.F, were held for further review. After such review and Member approval, new Bylaws will be published.
