November 2023 Town Meeting Article 3 (funding of outfall pipe) Passed

On Monday, November 13, 2023, the Falmouth Town Meeting passed Article 3 which included two items: “$150,000 from Title V Fund for Outfall Data Collection” and “Outfall – Data Collection and Permitting Phase 1 WASTEWATER 850,000” (see Warrant pages 5 & 6).

During the discussion of this Article, one Town Meeting Member proposed an amendment to delete this item from Capital Improvements in order to be reviewed separately. This amendment failed and the main motion to vote the Article proceeded. The motion Passed with a majority vote.
