If you have decided to Pay by Mail instead of through PayPal, then print and mail this form: FHMNA Membership Application. (If you are a new member or renewing earlier than June 15, 2025, your membership will begin immediately and carry you through July 31, 2026).
If paying online by PayPal, fill out the form below and then DO NOT CLICK ON ANY OF THE “Pay With…” LINKS AT THE BOTTOM of the form as we are having difficulties with the direct link to PayPal. Instead please complete the form below and then follow these directions:

- Log in to your personal PayPal account.
- Click on “Send and Request” at the top of the page and a new page will open.
- Where it says “Name, username, email, mobile”, type in “Falmouth Heights” and a dropdown list of your contacts should appear with “Falmouth Heights-Maravista Neighborhood Association @fhmna” listed.
- Hover over and click on FHMNA@fhmna and a new page will open showing $0.00.
- Fill in the dollar amount owed ($30 for Individual Membership or $40 for Family Membership).
- Click on SEND and follow any other directions.
You should receive an email confirmation from PayPal that your payment has been sent.
